Explanation:

Imageshack is free and doesn't even require you to register.

All you have to do is :
-go to www.imageshack.us
-upload a jpg picture from your computer hard-drive.
-copy the direct download link into your post.
-select the link and wrap it with an IMG tag.
-and Voilà.
