Juliet is evil....!!!
Good twist at the end, you are right the68monkey, this type of episode is what Lost is good about, I also kinda liked Sawyer being the leader in the lost camp, and you see him being sad but happy when Jack is back. Poor guy is heartbroken over Kate thou, that was quite sweet.
But I want more Jin now, and also wondered what happened about Michael on the boat, I want him to come back

Ep 18 was an interesting one for me. A lot of LOST viewers on other forums aren't particularly fond of Sun/Jin flashbacks, but I've always liked them. I feel for Sun, who says she loses, either way.
Also, my speculation about Juliet's last lines in this episode:
When she says she needs to get a sample from Austin, I'm thinking that means they believe Kate is pregnant now by Sawyer. It would make sense, since they've been together (and the Others know this from their cameras
), and if the island makes a sterile man fertile, think of what it would do to the already-virile Sawyer

This past week's installment (Ep. 19, I think?) was another really good, well-paced episode. Time flew by and it seemed all too short. Sawyer was great -- and to think Josh Holloway had pretty much just been a model before this show (with a few small acting bits here and there). He's come a long way with his acting since season one.
REALLY hope they don't leave us hanging at the end of the season with what Locke's purpose with the Others is supposed to be. The building him up as their "special one," with heavy Christ-like suggestions is bugging me. I hope we learn more about Jacob next week, and maybe the religious history (or prehistory) of the island, with its ruins of four-toed statues and giant pillars found here and there.
Oh, and LOVED it when Locke's dad called Ben bug-eyes.
I find Ben soooo annoying.

He was initially cast (if I memory serves) as just another Other (:)); he was only supposed to be captured and tortured in the Hatch, but the producers and directors were so impressed with him, they made him their big 'bad guy'.thelostdragon wrote:Ben annoying? IMO Ben is the most impressive character in this series. They got a great actor for him. Maybe the best actor of the whole series next to Terry O'Quinn.
Just watched 'The Brig', very impressed with it. A new episode was shown last night in the States, but I'll resist 'til Sunday

I just don't see that as permanent, to be honest. It just CANNOT happen. Nuh-uh. No way.Kurgan wrote: Noooooooo!
