+1 for Children of Men. Brilliant film.

Shame it's very cheap on DVD, obviously not gonna go HD in the UK anytime soon.

You'd need to keep the 2 Disc DVD anyway as the extras are plentiful and very insightful.

Borders stores have a selection of blu-rays at £9.99 on offer. my brother got me Quantum Of Solace,i figure at that price i can sell it on at no loss if i don't like it,other titles (but limited) Changeling, Frost/Nixon, W, Mummy 3.Tropic Thunder,there are others as well.

They are new.Borders don't do ex-rentals.I never actually went,my brother was there, if i get a chance i'll have a look there sometime this week,unfortunately i'm on days in work which makes it awkward.i will try though.

Some cheap blu-rays here.....site is very basic and it's paypal only but a number of posters at av forums have used them and say they are excellent.bizarre posting delivery charge policy which means anything under a tenner is free delivery,anything over is 99p :? ...might go for Peckinpah's The Getaway at £6.97...

What's this I hear about Life on Mars BD being a SD Upscale? I hope not. I'm holding out for Ashes to Ashes to come out on BD. I don't think Life on Mars is a keeper but Ashes to Ashes sure is.

I got LETHAL WEAPON (BD) out of Head for £5.74.

I know it's not a 1080p source but worth a shot for that price I thought.
