Nope, but if you turned it into a joke on purpose then all the credit to you. But that would suprise me.bradavon wrote:p.s - I wasn't being serous, did you miss the wink?
Forgive me. I used to make fun of Swedes. But now I'm living in a town that is half full of Swedes and I'm scared for my life. So I need to make fun of you instead.

X-MEN BD 3.5/5
Solid first film in the series,a bit of a slow burner and a little lacking in the action stakes but very well made.how faithful to the comic i haven't a clue,i've never read them
X-MEN 2 3.5/5
This film has a great first half but then loses it's way somewhat, the climax is too long and overblown but the film on a whole is again very good.
X-MEN-The Last Stand 3/5
This was pretty much disliked but on a 2nd viewing i found it decent enough, fast paced throughout,so much so it feels rushed in places.
Batman Returns 3/5
Decent follow up though i found the original to be superior,a great cast but the plot is so weak.some great set design and i still think Keaton is a better Batman than Bale
Final Destination BD 2.5/5
So-So teen horror, has an interesting if totally contrived plot, unfortunately the lead Devon Sawa is totally uncharismatic in the lead role.Ali Larter is good though

The Devil’s Rejects (USA, 2005) – 3/5
Natural Born White Trash. Rob Zombie’s rollercoaster of opposites. While being endlessly disturbing, the film is also very funny, creating a weird and sometimes even unpleasant mix. Similarly the 'good – evil' setting is used to kick the viewer in the face. Zombie first presents us the most disgusting serial killers whose every crime is shown in graphic detail, chased by a religious cop with whom the audience can identify with, and then turns it upside down by making the human monsters victims and the vigilante policeman a bloodthirsty beast. The final scene where the killers, now symbols of freedom, ride to the sunrise and to their death like the last cowboys is easily one of the best endings seen in movies during the past 10 years.

a performance of Waiting for Godot, lets say they raked in some BIG cash! every showing sold out, cost plenty to get it. They must easily have made hundreds of thousands.
Not my thing, but hey who can pass up seeing Captain Jean Luc Picard and Gandalf together
and getting a bit of carrot in my face

I am not into theatre, the show was just worth seeing for them. If they were not in it, I would never have went
An odd show, as McKellen did a lot of spitting, he even spat in the face (full force a massive glob of spit like a shower!) of another actor! nasty stuff. Was not expecting that. I was front row, so the voices were perfect, no idea how anyone at the very back could hear a lot of the lower parts. I am suprised they would even see who it was on the stage from the back.
