Ah OK.
The 2nd cover makes it look more like a typical "Jackie" action comedy TBH.

Rob-B-Hood is the worst Jackie film I have ever seen. And I was stupid enough to watch the longer cut. Pure misery.

Rob-B-hood is is basically what you'd expect from a 54 yr old Jackie Chan. I didn't like it at all.
And Rumble in Hong Kong was terrible.

Robin-B-Hood doesn't even make sense! I wish English titles were chosen by proper English speakers - causes all problems!

Better or worse?
I read that much of the subtitles work on 70's films was done by teenages whose qualification was being related to studio excecs. Judging from varioius Mei Ah titles, little's changed

'Rumble in Hong Kong' is a worse edit of 'The Heroine' aka 'Police Woman' than 'The Young Tiger' (it's 10 mins shorter). Not sure how long the uncut version lasts, maybe The Young Tiger is uncut? It's not Jackie's worst either. Not as long as the excerable 'Master With Crack Fingers' exists.

That's the Video Asia release
The tape I have of Police Woman - under the title Young Tiger - appears to be uncut
I've always been fond of Master With Cracked Fingers. It - cough - cracks me up!

I finally got around to watching Dog Bite Dog and I noticed that the commentary starts running out of synch towards the third act (possibly even before). That was a rental copy. Has anyone else experienced that?
