I've seen a trailer and it looks shit.

If I can get over my disappointment of it not being a Three Brothers reunion film, and just approach it as a goofy JC comedy, I think I might be able to enjoy it. I'll give it a chance, at least.

Not the best shot of Biao, but at least he's in the film:

Hey SHOULD have been one of the main stars, though, along with Jackie and Sammo! :crybaby:

I recommend you not to watch the Cannes trailer, because it seems to spoil about 99% of the action.

Seems like I'm the only one still posting on this topic. :D

Well, Rob-B-Hood is quite a decent hit at the Hong Kong boxoffice (as it earned about 17 million HK$ in the first 10 days of screening - this makes it more successfull than NPS or The Myth).

And here's the review from LoveHkFilm:

Given Jackie's stance on piracy, I doubt we'll be able to find a screener anytime soon. :D
Gotta wait...

Hey, this actually sounds watchable, in a Chinese Two Men and A Baby kind of way.

Its a very enjoyable film, I saw it a couple of days ago at the pictures in Beijing with a friend. I had to keep asking her what certain parts of the dialogue meant as it was in Mandarin with no subtitles but it was still very entertaining. Yuen Biao is brilliant in it. Some of the scenes/stunts with the baby you would have thought that a baby would not have survived even though he comes out all hunky dory. I think its one of Jackie's better recent films. Its just fun to watch. I missed the first 5 mins of it though, so can' t comment on that part. Definetely worth watching.

This looks awful. Can JC go any lower. At least it's a HK film which is worth something.

As far as I know, he was a "well you know".
But it was just a softcore movie.
