The same I use for DVDs. The £1 link + the £1 voucher. If it worked for DVDs for you then it will work for CDs.
Others have had ordered cancelled for using two vouchers though. I never have.
Doh!degeneration wrote:I click the link and everything on the front page has 20% off the shown price, but as soon as you click on any other link the price change has gone. Even if you clikc the add to basket icon on any cd that says £7 on it or something, it appears in the basket at full price...
I've found CD WOW use their discretion on this one. It also stipulates you MUST only use one voucher per order. Who here does that?f_drew wrote:It also states that any use of this fraudulantly and they will revoke the discount.

This will answer your question Romero & Mark:
UPDATES:
1. ALL £1 voucher links in the e-tailors thread have expired except the DVD only one.
2. Replaced with a new working £1 voucher link that works for CDs and DVDs (it was supposed to expire on 11/03!) *
3. 20% voucher removed.
4. 3x £1 vouchers (code or link unknown) but it's not working for me:
http://www.cd-wow.com/promotion.php?pro ... de=14839_1
* The source link says 75p but it's actually £1

$5 off at Yes asia, it expires on the 31st of May:

I may add it to the e-tailors vouchers thread but for only 12 days use I'm not sure it's worth it.
I wonder if this will make them reasonable prices? KoreanDVDs and/or CD WOW are always cheaper for me.

That's strange. So for the sake of two pounds they lose two orders. Not good business sense. Especially when it's not a rule that applies on every occasion. I got an order yesterday from them that used voucher+ link. No problems. Maybe if you're a regular customer they overlook it? You order much Rico?Ricochan38 wrote:strange , i am ordering at cd-wow as always using a 1 pound off link + a voucher, and now my last two others have been cancelled and refunded, saying that i cant do that.... why suddenly now?!?! Yep but you get an e-mail saying why they cancelled it (two vouchers being used). I had my first one cancellation today
. I've never had a CD WOW order cancelled before except when they couldn't get the stock. I hope it's not the first of many.
I'll leave it a few weeks and try again using two vouchers. I'll order again what I had on preorder using one voucher in a moment. I suspect it didn't help being a preorder. I'd think orders in stock whizz through their system so quickly.
I have something else on preorder that's not been cancelled yet. It's been on preorder for about a month. Strange???
There doesn't seem to be any pattern to this and there was me thinking I'm special

This sounds like the beginnings of gross stupidity to me.
So say all 14 of Romero's pre-orders are cancelled.
For the sake of 14 quid of vouchers they lose what between 10-15 times that much in actual order values?
Crazy. It's cutting of one's nose to spite one's face.
If they don't want people to use fucking vouchers don't make the fucking vouchers available. But don't let people order using fucking vouchers and then cancelling the fucking orders. That's just fucking stupid.
Romero, if all your orders get cancelled I would e-mail them and point out the loss of business and valued custom. No company can survive ass-fucking loyal customers and get away with it.
