The two men werent doing anything wrong

What I find unsettling is ONE customer complained and that was enough for the security guard to think it was valid based purely on their personal opinion, not a store policy (even if it was, it would be equally stupid)

He should have told the complainer to get stuffed, not insult the couple!
If I was a victim of prejudice in that way I'd be pretty pissed off if all I got was a transparent apology and £10 voucher.
