Yup, and make sure they refund your postage cost for returning it to them.

They've sent me a nice email saying sorry you were disappointed, we take this very seriously, have passed onto our management department etc... so hopefully I'll get a refund at least as I dont think the listing was clear. Ideally I'd like the 3 disc BD for what I paid (£12).

The seller said they got the wrong listings information from their supplier or something (well they should change it then) but I'm getting a full refund plus refund of postage once I send it back :)
I'll wait til Amazon have it cheaper and then get it from them one day :)

if you'd pre-ordered at HMV with the 20% off you'd have avoided this hassle ;)

Hey,
I just won something on Ebay and tried to pay with my debit card, but it kept declining the card and telling me to add a new one :? It hadn't expired, so I don't think that was the problem.
After I added my credit card it worked but I'd rather have used the other one. :?

Do you have proof of postage?

If so, you could claim the £27 back from the Post Office.

Many years ago I did a European (non EU) trade and the recipient claimed the package hadn't turned up; so I put in a claim with Royal Mail and after their investigation got the money back (took a few weeks overall, IIRC). They toughest part is proving the items worth (I suspect the lower the claim the lower the burden of proof required).
