Thanks. You can get £2 off ALL those titles? Not just one of them.

Mesrine Parts 1 and 2 on Blu-ray for £11.89:
http://www.sendit.com/blu-ray/mesrine-p ... 59749.html
Good price for apparently an excellent French crime thriller.

MyMemory.com has a 20% off everything weekend going on. I haven't checked out their DVD and BR collection, but maybe they have some interesting bargains now.
The code to use is FIFA20.

I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...

Good prices. That didn't take long for Bad Boys to come down in price, it's just been released. Base.com (and DVD.co.uk) are owned by BlahDVD:
http://www.blahdvd.com/DVD/Bad-Boys-Blu ... roduct.htm
Oddly if you search for Bad Boys neither site finds it though (replacing base.com in Salty's link, with blahdvd.com finds it though).

Bad Boys is cheaper at Priceminister with 10% Quidco (or a few vouchers if need be) it starts out at £9.17, then take off all the discounts you can
Priceminister on Quidco was 30% off a few weeks back, nice. Still 10% off wil do.

Re: The General DVD/HD Disc Bargains Thread!
Just noticed I forgot about the actual voucher haha
GZOOP20 provides £2 off to every customer on items over £10
So if you can stick something in your basket over £10, then you may well be able to use the £2 off voucher as well.
If you are a brand new customer and have never bought from them before there are even more vouchers out there worth more.
GZOOP3 if you spend over £10 and you get £3 off
GZOOP5 if you spend over £20 and you get £5 off
and on top of them you get the 10% Quidco as well, so in theory you can hammer prices down at Priceminister. You can also open new accounts for friends and use vouchers again

Re: The General DVD/HD Disc Bargains Thread!
i'm going to make another effort at reducing my collection.Profiler still shows me as having nearly 900 titles which is too many.though i have been more picky lately, titles i'd normally keep i've sold on after viewing,ie Shutter Island.

Re: The General DVD/HD Disc Bargains Thread!
900 is a OTT.
If you go to your online profile link (here's mine): http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/bradavon and replace the invelos with intervocative you can see how your collection used to look, before Invelos bought the company. The old website is still online.
Back then mine was at 606 (roughly as high as it got) and now is at 395. Which is manageable (before I had DVDs in boxes which is stupid). Any more than 500 is getting ridiculous. Many of the titles I now buy are BD upgrades, so the list doesn't grow and it doesn't require more space.

Not really considering i'm into more genres than you are.i probably have 60 + Shaw films and probably 100 old school martial arts flicks that you have no interest in for starters.considering it was 1300 + at one point i've downsized already but not enough. i've done away with most of my dvd cases and keep my dvds in 3kaze binders which are much more manageable space-wise. blu-rays are still in their cases though.bradavon wrote:900 is a OTT.

I wouldn't say that. How many Almodóvar movies do you own? Regardless, it's irrelevant, 900 discs is still a sill amount. I bet "you" could remove that by a third and not even notice.saltysam wrote:Not really considering i'm into more genres than you are.

No amount is "Silly" you are into what you are into. I love all my films. I know people with many thousands of CDs or books, they never get called silly
ever.
