getting order delays from these again

a region 3 ordered 9th january is still pending despatch and my criterion Naked Prey is still showing pre-release,it was released 15th january and my brother has long since had his copy from dvdpacific.

Was it claiming to be in stock when you bought it? It's not now according to the site.

The Graduate is in stock at Foxy for £8.45 (it's £8.39 at BlahDVD) but I don't want to order it if it's not actually in stock.

p.s - Foxy are weird, they actively advertise other companies if titles are cheaper elsewhere.

CD-WOW have reverted to type.got an order delay for the warlords, still waiting for a jan 8th region 3 release and a 16th january Criterion region 1 release. i'll keep these orders,get them eventually but i think i might be done with them tbh.

They've always been ok with Shaws. the only shaw title i had a delay with was five element ninjas. to me there is no excuse for a big company like cd-wow to have customers still waiting stock of releases a month and over after release date. as the usa link is not what it was i'm as well paying an extra pound or 2 elsewhere and getting them on time. if they didn't charge you immediately it wouldn't be so bad but they take your money and leave you waiting. they haven't even replied to my last email.
