I just got the standard 2 disc release (the one with the white cover). I know that it is cut, but I've seen the uncut version and to be honest I'm not bothered about seeing the missing bits again. The PA disc interests me for the extras and excellent presentation quality.

I also had no interest in the 3 disc version featuring the anime - I don't want to watch that, so £7.99 for the 2 disc set was the best value for me...

Just ordered:
-Stephen Chow's Flirting Scholar (possibly his best comedy along with Love on Delivery).
-Swordsman 3: East is Red.
(DDDHOUSE).

-Tsui Hark's The Lovers. :drunken:
-Tsui Hark's Love in the Time of Twilight.
-Tsui Hark's Black Mask.
(AMAZON.FR).

-Legend of Zu Korean Edition.
-Wheels on Meals Korean Edition.
(KOREANDVDS.COM).

I'm hoping that the Korean Edition of LOZ doesn't have the same subtitle problems as the Chinastar DVD.
I used to be "the man who loves the movies you hate".
Now I'm just "that weird french guy with a cat avatar who comes to BnB once a year for no reason and then disappears again".

I got Lone Wolf and Cub: Babycart at the River Styx R1 from DVD Pacific
Unfortunately it was a rattller :( but I put it back in the case OK (and got the wrapping and annoying security stickers off without tearing it!)

One question, unlike Sword of Vengeance, my BC@TRS didn't come with liner notes. Does anyone with the R1 Animego's have Liner notes with theirs? :?

Just checked (BTW: you are VERY lucky I brought this DVD with me to my girlfriend's house, where I am staying these days ;) ) and mine has liner-notes (if that's the lil text-thingy which explains some stuff that comes with it inside the dvd-case)

This is the 2nd (3rd?) time I have recieved an incorrect disc from CD-WOW not in my rental queue!

First time I got PA "Musa" film disc instead of extras disc (box was labelled wrongly, saying it was Disc 2 but it was Disc 1)

2nd time I got the "Blade 2" extras DVD (this wasnt even in my queue, I wanted the film DVD).

Now instead of "The Old Grey Whistle Test" BBC DVD I got a CD (!) "Born To Be Wild" or something. :?

I used to be impressed with them but this takes the cake. Its' not rocket science, just send me the correct DVD (or as a start, the right FORMAT) and stuff I have in my queue!)

Today I thought I should have received The Iceman Cometh from CD-Wow, as it was posted a couple of days ago, but it seems my postman has been slow the last few days...

Great film. Not as good as the first, but better action. Plus: Christopher Lee gets to show off his language skills.
