Hey

Today I got:

Spiderman 2 LE from Axelmusic 8) Very impressed, I'll probably use them again.

"M" (R2 UE) from CD-WOW, I'm sure I paid £7.49 but the package it was sent in said I'd been charged £5.99!?

When I recieved "M" yesterday it was a 2 disc set (but a single case). The first disc sits on top of a "tray" or something, the second inside the case holder underneath it.
Whats annoying is when I put Disc 1 back in its tray, just putting it securely in is enough for the 2nd disc to come "slightly" (but not completely) loose.. huh? :? In other words putting the first disc on its' platter makes an impression on the "push here" bit where the second disc is when it shouldnt really...
Hope it doesnt get damaged or anything (looks fine ATM though). :?

Just received Ninja Gaiden for Xbox (ABOUT FUCKING TIME!!!), Martial Arts of Shaolin (Jet Li) from CD-wow, and bought NARC (ray Liotta flick) for 5€ at a local gamestore...

I also was given the newest Lanfeust of Troy graphic novel (Do you guys have that one over there in the UK!? It's a really great story and brilliant artwork...) by my girlfriend.

Just received the wrong DVD from CD-Wow for the second fucking time!

I ordered the new Enter The Dragon 2 disc Special Edition and they sent me the old 25th Anniversary edition. I sent them a polite e-mail about it, explaining the fact that the new version is 2 discs, not 1, and the packaging is red instead of black.

So what did they do? They sent me the old one again to replace it! Well, things haven't been going too well in my life recently so I just flipped and sent a nasty e-mail to them.

It seems not much is going right at the moment and thats just the icing on the fucking cake.

Ow man I HATE ICING ON MY FUCKING CAKE AS WELL!!!

Anyway, you should have ordered that 2-disc edition from play, where it's only 7.99 (At CD-wow it's a few pounds more expensive, isnt it!?)

It sucks when people are stupid, even after you've explained it all very clearly...

Anyway, about the sucky life right now... try and do something to set your mind of things, like watching some dvds, go bowling, or killing random old people... anything really.

I've been there, done that... it will be better in time, but it still sucks.

I ordered the R1 version for the NTSC picture which I prefer (please no "PAL is better than NTSC blah blah blah" rants anyone).

The R1 version is £15.99 at Play. I ordered it for about £10 I think from CD-Wow.

And you're right - it sucks to explain something quite clearly to someone and then they don't take a blind bit of notice.

I feel my depression coming back now.

Hey,

For some reason my CD-WOW packages said I paid £14.49 for ROTK EE and £10.49 for Red Dwarf, which is £1.50 less each than I paid for them??? :? (This includes £2 discount on each BTW).
Not that I'm complaining if thats what my cc statement says, its just seems a bit odd. :?

Yes they were presents :P I'll get the money back for them.

Perhaps they took of tax? Or perhaps they just say it's cheaper because of import-tax?

I received the wrong version of Enter The Dragon from CD-Wow for the THIRD time!

I swear they're just doing it to wind me up right now when I'm having a really hard time with a lot of things in my life.

Is it really that difficult to send me the right DVD? I mean, the new 30th Anniversary Edition that I ordered has a red cover, the old 25th Anniversary Edition which they have sent wrong 3 times now has a black cover!

It's not goddamn rocket science!

I recieved Millionaires Express from CD-WOW
Dressed to Kill from DVD Pacific.

When DTK arrived it was a rattler and had come out of its holder  Also the bottom of the cover looked slightly damaged when I finally managed to remove the security stickers, with an uneven white line on both sides of the art at the bottom. This is on the picture, not the case.
Oh well, I cant be arsed to print a new cover now, and I dont have the right paper anyway...

Also, CD-Wow just confirmed shipment of ME today or yesterday, so I doubt I'll get it before friday next week :(
