Utterly terrific news, I'm glad that MS came to their sense. I no longer have to perpetually patch my tcpip.sys, yay.
In case you didn't know, MS had limited the max number of half-open TCP connections to 10 since XP SP1. This created a significant bottleneck for P2P downloads.
Half-open connections limit removed in Vista SP2 + Win7

I wonder why MS changed it. It's an unusual move. It was too much of a hassle in Vista to change, so I never bothered.
