I don't think this deserves it's own thread, despite adding a lot of new features.

Firefox 3.5 to undergo test this week and to debut later this month:

Like I do in Vista I've started to use the Address Bar much more but:

I hope the Address Bar is more intelligent, it's pretty darn clever in Firefox 3.0 but it annoys me I have to press the down arrow to choose the first item found, when I should be able to just press Enter (like Vista, Windows 7 and Chrome).

It should also work out:

1. When I enter a non-English word, it should take me to Google Translator
2. When I enter a film, it should take me to IMDB
3. When it doesn't have a clue go to Google Search, like Chrome. Currently it tends to sit there trying to load a site that doesn't exist or oddly sometimes does do this.

"Smart Keywords" * effectively gives Firefox this but I'd prefer it was intelligent enough to work it out on it's own.

And so on. Any idea if there is a Firefox extension to do this?

* "Smart Keywords" allows you to assign keywords to website's search. I have:

g xxx - Google
imdb xxx - IMDB
yt xxxx - You Tube
wiki xxx - Wikipedia
ebay xxx - Urmm?

And so on.

This new porno browsing feature in FF3.5 sounds awesome.

Also more optimisation is excellent. Faster Javascript engine and less RAM consumption is lovely.

I'll definitely be experimenting with the Save Video feature. If it's better than the DownloadHelper extension for downloading embedded Flash video then that'd be terrific.

Tab tearing also sounds like a great feature.

EDIT: Save Video doesn't work with embedded FLVs, FFS. :x

Do you reckon you'll use the porn mode often? I doubt I ever will, outside of web cafes.

Firefox 4.0 looks like the one to watch out for:

Extremely doubtful. I'm that only one who uses my PC.
