8. Die Another Day vs Casino Royale '06 vs Quantum of Solace

Seen a lot of the others, but I don't recall any of them well enough to vote on them.

Re: The David Fincher World Cup

First time I watched Fight Club, I didn't like it.

Second time, several years later, I loved it.

Go figure.

Re: The David Fincher World Cup

Not seen Zodiac yet, but based on the votes here and the films people think it is better than, I will be getting it asap.

So - Fight Club is my only vote this round. But Se7en is great too.

He's actually done a lot of good films this David Fincher guy!!

1. Alien 3 vs Se7en - both are great IMO. But I really liked the extended/studio/"director's" cut version.

2. The Game vs Fight Club

3. Panic Room vs Zodiac vs The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

4. The Social Network vs Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

Re: The Tsui Hark World Cup

My comment wasn't meant as bitchin', it was meant in humour!

On the plus side, whatever films have put out parts 1 and 2, will also put out part 3 as they were in the same half of the draw.

Now if only people would realise the awesomeness that is Time and Tide.

Re: The Tsui Hark World Cup

6. Time and Tide - his best film IMO. :o I got a real soft spot for that film. Absolutely love it. And of all the films on his filmography list, that is the one I'd rather see again. Marginally ahead of the OUATIC films, so to me that indicates that it is his best film IMO. I appreciate not everyon...

Re: What asian film/series have you just seen.. marks out of

Undefeatable (1993) - haven't seen many of Godfrey Ho movies, but this was the best one so far. Cheesy acting, horrible dialogue and actually bearable fighting scenes . The guy who played Stingray was hilarious. 4/10 Are you sure? ;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sqFjsmPpUU Oh my god. that was so...

Just realised I've seen A Perfect World... alas I do not recall anything notable about it, other than the opening/ending scene. I don't recall it enough to give a fair vote.

Re: The Clint Eastwood World Cup

I only vote when i've seen both.

And i'm surprised by how few I've seen too. And I do think it is cause I've seen more of his stuff as an actor rather than a director.

I'll only be able to vote from here if Unforgiven meets Gran torino at some point (the final I'm guessing). So unless that happens, consider me out from here.

1. Predator vs Die Hard - Tie. Both are great, so can't call that one.

2. The Hunt for Red October vs Last Action Hero
