Rambo 4 was at Lovefilm :) but the goodtimes are over now I think.

It was 10% off, then a code to get another 5% off, then 5% Quidco on top so 20% off in total :) worled out £11.97 best price on the net as far as I know (unless someone can get it cheaper).

You pre order and wait, they must have it in for you :D some people get amazon packages in a few days, some get them in many weeks, its where you are on the ladder.

Could you post the discount code please?

I cannot even see Rambo being listed. The Blu-ray listing actually points to the box set but they've slapped the Rambo 4 cover on it.

Lot of good titles there... though I'd wait for Sony's US release of Cliffhanger.

The US Basic Instinct is coded RA so this might be a good RB alternative.

I mention which ones are coming to The UK in the link above, some already posted by Salty. This isn't the only thread in this subforum ;).

Romero has the funny knack of mentioning vouchers "after" the bargain is over :D.

Hey Romero,
Avoid the plot synopsis section of the Starship Troopers 3 of the DVD news item over at DVDactive, it gives away the film's entire plot.

It's obviously cut and paste verbatim from the original PR material. Nice work, SPHE advertising department.

To be fair, the majority likely wouldn't be watching DTV films such as this for the story.

Top Gun BD re-announced (took awhile).
though the previous HD DVD remained surprisingly devoid of extras and lacked high-res audio.
What? My HD-DVD has a TrueHD track, pretty much my main reason for purchasing it (aside from the bargain bin price).

Pity there's no Theatrical Cut option - I believe the extra DC footage is of lesser quality and at over 3hrs it was already long enough.

At least we're getting it in decent form at last. I considered picking up that Dutch DVD awhile ago. It's the only anamorphic version, pity it has forced subs.

I just meant it was anamorphic so immediately better than the other DVDs, hence the only one I would've picked up.

I've not seen it before but like you say I doubt the extra footage is really needed.

So Nightmare is good then? I love Burton's work but have never felt the need to see it.
