The knobs are the ones putting OOP DVDs up for sale at ridiculous prices so that people who will actually enjoy owning it can't have it.

Oh yeah I used to own that. I sold it awhile back. I (pretty much) decided I don't "get" Jackie Chan movies and gave up watching the ones I hadn't seen. The only three I properly like are Police Story 3, Rush Hour and Rush Hour 2. Which I guess says it all.

I'm not a fan of Police Story, Drunken Master, Drunken Master 2 or Project A. All have parts that are good but otherwise were only okay.

An update on my friendship with this girl...went on the piss with her the other saturday,for the first time i could see my wife was not happy.Took my wife out on the sunday where we discussed the situation,she is utterly convinced this girl has a thing for me, that she's watched her and seen how she looks at me when i go the bar etc. i've told her that is absolute bollocks,this girl has never shown any interest that way apart from the odd hug etc,i also think she's been ratarsed that often in my company she would probably have tried something.However my wife isn't having it,she is adamant, she hasn't said i must stop going out drinking with this girl but i see now i have to curtail it. not sure how i'll do it,currently just making weak excuses about why i can't go out

How are you cheating? All you did was sleep but you are being dishonest and as it's platonic, why be that way? Why couldn't you have requested separate rooms or a room with separate beds?

That's nonsense. I've slept with some of my female friends on several occasions and I can tell you there was not the slightest bit of sexuality involved, on either side. It's not exactly comparable because they were gay but their girlfriends know and were not the slightest bit angry. I imagine they knew before where their partner was planning to sleep. They were comfortable with it because at the end of the day they all trust me.

I wouldn't say it's wrong either. Two mates sharing a bed shouldn't matter what their sex is but the point really is, why does Sam want to repeat it? I'm guessing circumstances meant you were sharing the same room, to repeat it means a thought process is involved.

Agreed. Most girls would hate it but it doesn't make it wrong, we're talking about sleeping here (there's no hint of anything going on). It ultimately boils down to trust and honesty. If she trusts you, there shouldn't be problem.

I'd feel uncomfortable if I knew my girlfriend had slept in the same bed as another (straight) man (mostly because I wouldn't trust him, you'd assume not her) but as it was only one night I'd get over it. Repeating it makes it very different.

And yeah, it would be different if your friend was a guy, but sadly we're living in a reality and a society that does still non-sexual female friends differently from friends.

I wouldn't take that as enough evidence. Most straight girls prefer waiting for the man to make the first move and she appreciate you're married/not want to rock the boat with your marriage.

Nearly all my friends are female, all I see only as friends. If a girlfriend had a problem with them purely because they were female, that's just dumb. You should've just told your wife from the start. You don't have to worry about being found out then. If I'd come home and my wife had asked where I'd slept, I'd have told her. Honesty prevents secrets coming out later and they always do.
