Oh, Armour of God 2. Gawd I hate that movie. Maybe because I've only seen the international version btw, but nothing memorable action-wise, and the acting was horrible...
I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...

The Hong Kong version is quite different. It's only fair to judge that version.

Iron Monkey, cool! No Mono or Stereo though. I'm always worried when HK discs only have 5.1/7.1 because so often the remix is so OTT.

I don't expect so. These were part of the IVL Fortune Star DVDs, which got HD Remasters. They'll probably be shoddy though.Markgway wrote:Almost certain to be SD upscales.

Re: Asian Movies in HD!
None of the Fortune Star Blu Rays are proper 1080p masters with the exception of the Bruce Lee films (and even they look subpar apart from The Big Boss). You're wasting your money if you opt to 'upgrade'. But some people simply cannot be told.bradavon wrote:I don't expect so. These were part of the IVL Fortune Star DVDs, which got HD Remasters. I wouldn't be so sure, Brad's the one that insisted on purchasing the original Gladiator BD even when he knew about the PQ problemsHungFist wrote:I suppose Brad hasn't seen this:
