HKL wins, obviously. The EH has extremely bad cropping and the colour saturation is off. But the HKL isn't too great either.

HKL was suspected to be a down mix aka wait for another 6 months for DD

EDIT: mixed this with Snake and Crane (DD wise). Do DD even have this one? JS has at least, but they're almost certain to screw up

This was the one JC/Lo Wei film not to be released by Columbia

I like the colours on the EH release, they're not bad, but everything else is ugly.

HKL has better image, ableit lack of overall vibrancy, but do I spy pinkification? It could have been worse. It would be interesting to see the 3D version, or some captures ;).

Both versions look pretty dull but I guess that's because of it's crappy origins. Don't expect anything better than the HKL.

I think EH had a lot of colour boosting. If I remember correctly, the twin swordswomen's white outfits came out pink!

The EH is shit obviously... but the HKL doesn't look like an HD remaster. Still, the framing is a million times better.

OMG! It's PINK!!!......Just kidding. The HKL doesn't look that bad at all. Too bad the movie stank.

Heck, I enjoyed it. Perfect silly fun to relax to.

BTW, does the HKL have the old school English dub - ie. the one on the EH DVD
