2013's high profile HD releases
Hey guys,
Long time no visit.
I've not kept myself abreast of the high profile releases the past few months. Can someone quickly post what they've been? I appreciate it's a vague question. I've not bought many blu-rays for some time now. I want to get back into films, something I used to spend a lot of time doing.

In case anyone is wondering why I've been absent. In brief I had a girlfriend for the past year and that took up most of my time.

Re: 2013's high profile HD releases
Thanks guys. I'll reply properly later.
Bruce Lee, Once Upon a Time in China and Iron Monkey are probably the only Asian films I'd upgrade I don't already own. I assume those are all still piss poor releases? I'll reply properly with Western stuff later on.
Hard Target Mark, seriously? Don't you remember I'm not a fan . Good shout for the fans though.

Ref Bruce Lee it looked like all our prayers were answered with what was looking like a definitive release of his Asian movies from Shout!...proper subs, original audio etc....but somewhere in the process it's turned the blu-rays are actually upscales sadly for me my set had been despatched early before news broke..so i'm saddled with it currently,it's sitting here unopened hoping there'll be a replacement programme set up.

It looks like I'll be keeping my HKLs for a while yet. I'm perfectly happy with them, so I want proper HD releases if I'm going to go to the expense of replacing them. Thanks.

Re: 2013's high profile HD releases
Any word on a decent The Killer and Hard Boiled releases? I forgot about those two. I assume the only In the Mood for Love is still the Criterion? I want that too but Criterions are pricey.
As for Western. Just the high profile releases or re-releases from the past few months I suppose. Just start naming a few. I've not kept up to date, so don't know where to start with suggestions really. Has anything stood out as "wow finally this American/British" classic has finally been released?
Thanks

"High Profile" 2013 releases . I've never seen The Brood, any good? I'm Cronenberg fan.
