Advertised in my local UGC cinema in the form of a poster is an 'asia extreme' season. Now, the poster doesnt actually give any useful information except to 'check leaflet for details'. The catch, can't find any leaflets, staff are claiming total ignorance and their website says sweet FA...
Anyone know anything about this or is it just some universal joke against me??
m.

The Asia Extreme season has been going on at the UGCs for the better part of two months now. There are something like 6 or 7 films that they have chosen to be in their season and from when the program started they show one film for two weeks then change it to another one etc.
The films in the season are/were:
Gozu
Save The Green Planet
A Tale Of Two Sisters
Into The Mirror
The Isle
Chaos
Phone
And there is info on the UGC webpage... just click on the pic for it on their front page... or:

Hope that helps.

UGC+ Tartan are well racist towards Aberdonians... I missed Gozu because they feel northeners are too dumb to appreciate Asian Cinema (which is probably true).
Managed to catch:
Save the Green Planet and the Isle... because I happened to be in Glasgow at the time.
I've seen Tale of Two Sisters on DVD.
