Possible roid rage? Considering how thin he gets on one film then how cut up he his on the next (Machinist to Batman Begins in a matter of months is the craziest body transformation I've seen from an actor), I wouldn't be surprised to hear he's using.EvaUnit02 wrote:Bale going psycho on the set of T4.

Christ. Bale needs to calm the fuck down. His rant at DP Shane Halibut (I had to look him up) was way over-the-top. Yes it's annoying if someone wanders in the background distracting you but damn it's hardly worth all the effing and blinding. Threats to have the bloke fired and to kick his ass are unprofessional. It's amazing that no one had the balls to reign Bale in. Where was the director?

Many pretentious dickheads are hard to work with.bradavon wrote:Many super talented people are super hard to work with.
His 'excuse' isnt that he's talented, cause he is. He also just a short-fused arrogant asshole.
You'd think an actor who is that talented, would also know 'empathy', and thus know how to treat other people. Some can do that very well, and some sadly can't.
I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...

What I don't get about this new trailer is why are they surprised at encountering a cyborg infiltrator? John's already met those fellas.
Marcus is clearly either a prototype preceding models such as Arnie's product line, or an evolution of it. Maybe the minds of harvested humans are being downloaded into cyborg infiltrator bodies?
P.S. Brad, the mixed descent Asiatic chick in these trailers in Moon Bloodgood. Stephanie Jacobsen is not in this film, get your eyes checked.
P.S.S. Turns out that the kid at the start of Trailer 2, whose being questioned by Marcus, is a young Kyle Reese.

They've done this kind of thing in Sarah Connor too (as you know). Do we know if this follows on from T3 or the TV Series or neither?EvaUnit02 wrote:P.S.S. Turns out that the kid at the start of Trailer 2, whose being questioned by Marcus, is a young Kyle Reese.
This is looks awesome, so much better than T3 (not hard) and pretty dark too. Do we also know what rating it will be? PG-13 I'm guessing.
p.s - Surely 2018 is a dumb year, why so soon?

Since Connor's wife Kathryn Brewster is in T4, who was first mentioned in T3, I'd say that it would highly likely chronologically follows T3.bradavon wrote:Do we know if this follows on from T3 or the TV Series or neither?
Considering the timeline, it makes perfect sense.p.s - Surely 2018 is a dumb year, why so soon?
-T2 takes place in 1995, where John is 10.
-T3 takes places in 2004, 9 years later. John is 19.
-T4 is a prequel to T1 and takes place 14 years after T3, making John aged 33 - very close to Christian Bale's actual age.
-In T1, Reese and the Terminator come back from 2027 to 1984. Reese is supposed to be a teenager during T4.

Thanks. I just meant it's all happening too soon. To be more believable it should be at least 2030-2050 etc... Although like you say this would screw up the time line.EvaUnit02 wrote:Considering the timeline, it makes perfect sense.

It's all over the shop in the TV series though.
Nice design, dumb idea IMO.EvaUnit02 wrote:I like the design of the motorcycle terminators. Looks like something that the Alien designer, H.R. Giger, would come up with.
It would make more sense to have the Terminator run as fas as a bike.
