Tenebrae: Steelbook

Post by Markgway »

The picture has been remastered from a new print...

But does anyone know if the English mono is genuine or the same downmix as before?

I've asked this question bluray.com several times and been ignored.
Either no one cares or no one knows...

Just after the opening credits when Tony Franciosa cycles up to The Airport in the remix/downmix you *hear* an aeroplane soar overhead.

Ignoring that it's a shorter US edit... this is how the scene SHOULD sound:

Nice. Sounds like they've got hold of the original mono.

I'll put it on my To Buy list.

Thanks.
