The diverse cast makes you think the actors were speaking their respective language but it appears that everyone spoke English. For example: when Aaron Kwok is fighting Mark Dacascos Wang Lee-Hom says that he's going to help out Paul Chun Pui to which Kwok responds saying that he's continuing fighting Dacascos. Both were dubbed in Cantonese but they actually spoke English in that scene because the lip-syncing didn't match at all.

So what's the film's original language?

The Chinese dialogue is supposed to be Mandarin throughout.

Kwok dubs his own Cantonese on that track, which may have caused some confusion.
