I just heard about this mini-series.

Did anyone see it? If so, was it any good?

It's been on for a few weeks in the UK.

They've stuck it on one of the digital only channels though and thereby meaning many people aren't given the chance to see it. The rest who do have access to digital TV (still a very high number) are unlikely to know it exists.

Evidentially the TV station didn't have respect in the product to put it out on their major TV station, nor have they advertised it on their major TV channel period. I'm not surprised it's a stinker. I like Billie Piper (now she's not singing) I thought she worked well in Dr. Who but here she is completely miscast.

Her accent annoys me too. I'm not sure why as it didn't in Dr. Who. Oh and the script is awful, some of the dialogue is cringe worthy. The sex looks really stilted and certainly not passionate. I guess on that one it's not supposed to. Fair play to Ms. Piper for taking on subjects which could end her career but put simply it stinks.

p.s - In actual fact she's not playing a whore, they've tried to give her a real character.

And yes, there are a few episodes where the tits come out (or so I've read in the tabloids.
