Asked my girlfriend to take a look... no idea about the Chinese names, but the Japanese seem correct except;

and no idea about Tatsuya Oka. I can't find any actor named Tatsuya Oka.

Damned if I know who they are though...
KAM Biu and TSUI Oi-Sam are the only known Chinese actors I spotted.
The rest I'll have to take on faith.

I took the English translation for granted.

Oka appears to have only made two movies before Always Yours (and they were supporting roles) before moving into Anime in some capacity. Since second billed Alan WONG doesn't appear to exist it must be a fake Chinese name for Oka who IS the male lead (in the HK version he's supposed to be Chinese).

Cheung Fan sounds familiar.... I can hear in my head Bey Logan saying it, so maybe he gave him/her a name check in some commentary.

That sounds logical. Nikkatsu (who is is marked as the Japanese studio in your last screencap) and this was during their Roman Porno period. Although the genre originally had absolutely nothing to do with hardcore - in fact they produced some celebrated masterpieces - the studio was drifting away from artistically accomplished films towards the real thing during the mid/late 80's. It would be no surprise to find actual AV actresses in this one.
